Farmer Visibility Map

As Organic Exchange works to support the growth of organic fiber worldwide, this map was created as a tool for the industry to provide benefits to both growers and consumers. It is important that this information is accurate and verified, and we need your help.

Click here to view the map and the information we currently have about your organization. At the very bottom of the map is a link to a form, click the link and fill out the form to accurately represent your organization. Likewise, if your farm group is not currently listed and you would like it to be, follow the same link to complete the form. Your response will allow us to include your organization when the map is shared with the public in the coming weeks.

This website gives organic fiber producers an unprecedented level of visibility and ability to connect with regional networks and global markets. Users can search by project name, region, country, rotation crops, or by the certification accreditation. Selecting a farming project on the map shows how many individual farms and farmers are involved, how many acres or hectares are growing organic, and the average annual cotton yields. Users can also view a copy of the farms’ organic certificates and photographs of the farm and farmers. By providing contact information for the marketing and sales department of each farm group, customers can communicate directly with your organization.

Tell the world how you are dealing with environmental, social, and economic challenges faced on local, national, and global levels; this is an opportunity to share the story of farming practices that reflect the many different cultures and countries growing organic fiber.

If you have questions or comments, please email ashley@organicexchange.org.
